Elizabeth Jane Hurley is an English model and actress who became known as a friend of Hugh Grant in the 1990s. The year 1994 was the year that Hugh Grant gained global media attention because of the box office boom of his film Four Weddings and a Funeral Hurley joined him for the film's Los Angeles premiere in a plunged black Versace gown, which was pinned together by gold safety pins which gained the media's attention immediately. Hurley's relationship to Estee Lauder is her most unforgettable professional encounter. They offered Hurley the first model job when she was just 29. They have used her as a model for its products especially perfumes like Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures from 1995. In the movies that are a hit with fans, such as International Man of Mystery (1997) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (1998), Hurley played Vanessa Kensington. I Kissed a Girl's combination of excitement, a polished tune and a catchy tune helped the song become a top 10 hit in a variety of countries. This led to an album called of the same name of the Boys (2007) being a big success. Hot N Cold is a popular second track. Perry also wrote a number of the lyrics for the album.
